DIY Storage Ottoman


Storage is constantly troubled in any home. Many times, you may also no longer have sufficient closet house to hold all of your stuff prepared and out of view. Things You’ll Need

  1. One 4×8 piece of plywood
  2. Two pieces of 5/8″ square hardwood, 10-1/4″ long
  3. Drill
  4. Saw
  5. Wood screws
  6. Hinges
  7. Support Hinge
  8. Wood stain

Step 1

Cut your plywood to the right sizes. You will want one piece that is 12-1/8″ (bottom), two portions that are 11-1/2″ x 25″ (front and back), two pieces that are 12-1/8″ x 10-3/4″ (sides), one 2-1/8″ x 25″ (lid support), and one 11-5/8″ x 25″ (lid).

Step 2

Place the backside panels on a flat floor and region your front, back, and side pieces to make certain they healthy and are square. Attach the panels to the backside the use of screws.

Step 3

Attach the 5/8″ square wood to the lid. These pieces have to be1 inch from the facets and centred. These will act as the anchors for the hinges.

Step 4
